Rooms are available from 2:30 pm, but we welcome you from 8:00 am and guard your luggage. You can so have the small lounge or take advantage of the warmed swimming pool.
Please prevent us that very day if you had to arrive after 6:00 pm (only for the bookings made by credit card).
Reception 24 hours a day.
The private car park opens at 7:45 am and closes at 11:00 am.
We clarify to all the participants in the flights in Hot-air balloon that they will be warned by the chosen company only the day before their takeoff at about 3:00 pm and cannot thus cancel the booking of hotel if this last one takes place the next day (48 hours before the date of arrival).
