
A charming restaurant in Chenonceaux
Sophie and Laurent welcome you in their gourmet restaurant
in the heart of the Loire Valley Castles, Chenonceaux.

The restaurant is open every evening, except Monday.
We welcome you from 7 pm to 9 pm.
We are also open on Sunday noon.
Our traditional French cuisine and the taste,
by choosing one of our menus or à la carte.
Our menus
Tasting Menu : 27 € per person
Starter, choose :
- Terrine of fishes, marbled by vegetables and
its cream of dill and basil ;
- Declension of cooked pork meats in our way ;
- Gizzard salad with balsamic vinegar ;
- French Onion Soup.
Dish, choose :
- Faux filet in the dregs of wine and its
palette of small vegetables of season ;
- Back of salmon vapor with the cream
of chive and its muslins of vegetables ;
- Browned by lamb in the thyme, the tulip of
mushrooms and its custard tart of spinach ;
- Blanquette of pork cheeks and its dome
of basmati rice.
Dessert, choose :
- Crème caramel ;
- Trio of ices creams on plate, toffy butters salty,
walnut, vanilla ;
- Trio of sherbets on plate
(raspberry, vine peach, orange) ;
- Four quarter in oranges and its orange sherbet;
- Prunes in the wine of Touraine
and in the Armagnac.

Starter, choose :
- Foie gras of duck in the cloth and its jelly
of Coteaux du Layon ;
- Poêlon of snails of Bourgogne parsley garlic
and its tomato coulis ( 12 );
- French onion soup;
- Terrine of rabbit in frost and its jam of onions
in the black currant;
- Palette of smoked fish, blinis in the cumin
and in the seeds of sesame.
Dish, choose :
- Sliver of beef tenderloin and its pear in the
wine in the scents black currant;
- Beef tenderloin in both peppers singed
in the Cognac;
- Fricassee of young rabbit, savoury pastry of vegetables and tender purée;
- Net of pikeperch in the white butter and its vegetables.

Assorted cheese and walnuts
Dessert, choose :
- Chocolate Fondant and its ball of vanilla;
- Plate of sherbets in four flavors (raspberry,
vine peach, orange, grapefruit green tea);
- Crème brûlée in the lavender;
- Plate ices creamx in four flavors (toffy butters
salty, walnut, vanilla, coffee);
- Pears and prunes in the wine of Touraine;
- Muslin in glass cup and
sound cracking of almond.
