Our Restaurant


Our Restaurant is open from Tuesday to Sunday. We serve dinner from 7.00pm until 9.00pm.  Lunch from 12 noon until 2.00pm on Saturday, Sunday.

Surf & turf « Rillettes » (poultry, mackerel and salmon spread)

Iced zucchini soup, fresh goat cheese and mint

Tourangelle salad (pears, Sainte Maure goat cheese, « rillons », a local bacon specialty and « rillettes de Tours », a local pulled pork spread)

Main courses

Poultry Wok, crunchy veggies, honey, and sesame seed

Salmon with sorrel, braised leeks

Skirt steak with shallots, baby new potatoes with Guérande gourmet sea salt

Brik pastry with caramelized bananas, orange sauce and vanilla ice-cream

Crème brûlée with rhubarb
